When booking 3 nights you will receive a 50% discount on your 3rd night, and our most popular deal offered is our "Stay 4 Nights Receive the 4th Night Free"-deal - when booking 4 nights of stay with us you will receive your 4th night free! You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox of the email address provided once the reservation is confirmed. Please double check you have entered the correct email address before confirming your reservation. We understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur. Therefore, we offer a great 72-hour cancellation policy within our property. You can cancel or amend your reservation free of charge until 72 hours (3 days) prior to your booked arrival date. If you amend or cancel your booking within 72 hours of your arrival date, there will be a late cancellation fee applied. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm onwards. An early check-in is possible upon request in advance but cannot be guaranteed. Please advise us if you are expecting to arrive earlier in the day and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-outs are also possible upon request in advance but as mentioned above, this cannot be guaranteed. Please see our friendly front desk team at Reception during your stay and we will be able to advise whether we can accommodate your request of a late check-out.

Yes, dogs are welcome at Ferntree Rainforest Lodge and can stay in specific rooms (surcharge applies). Please make your request by email on bookings@ferntreelodge.com or by phone on #07 4098 0000 and let our team know all your details. Please keep in mind, some areas of Cape Tribulations are Queensland National Park and do not allow dogs.
