Found in the heart of the Daintree, Ferntree Rainforest Hotel’s location in Cape Tribulation is right in the rainforest, and nearby to local convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, tour operators and we’re just a walk away from the beach!
Taking the cable ferry across
Crossing over the Daintree Ferry is all part of the journey into Jurassic world! The cable ferry takes about five minutes to cross the Daintree River and operates continuously between 5am and midnight, daily.
After crossing the ferry, make your way into the rainforest on the sealed road giving easy access to 2WD all the way up to Cape Tribulation.The ones with a 4WD can continue the adventure by travelling onwards to Cape York via the Bloomfield Track .
