For our guests, the public, Events and Groups

We are not only open to our resort guests, but to everyone who is visiting us from outside as well - individually, in groups or for events.  Serving classic Australian cuisine with international notes and flavours in a unique rainforest setting, our Cassowary Bar and Restaurant offers space for around 100 guests in the award-winning main building, on the rainforest terrace and in the two dining huts.

For all individuals we serve all of our meals a la carte, offer table service and serve daily varying specials from our local chef. Due to the variety of the menu and our daily changing specials, as well as all guests own tastes and special dietary requirements, we do not want to limit the experience by offering packages or pre-chosen meals for room bookings.

We offer Buffet options for groups of more than 15 guests. For smaller groups from 8 – 15 guests, meals can be pre-selected from the current menu. If you decide to order a la carte, we are happy to cater for this, but waiting times may apply and not everything is available all the time, due to limited supply chains in the Rainforest.
